  • E-commerce for a German Company

    • Developed and maintained features across two platforms using Angular, Spartacus, and Contentful.
    • Resolved SSR (Server-Side Rendering) issues and improved rendering times by migrating JS based responsive code to pure CSS.
    • Migrated to a new cookie consent manager (Cookiebot) and updated GTM (Google Tag Manager) configuration accordingly.
    • Implemented SEO and performance enhancements, including fixes for CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) and FCP (First Contentful Paint) to improve search engine rankings.

  • Gantt and management tools

    • Collaborated closely with the PM to estimate, plan and execute a full refactor of two old projects.
    • Coordinated with the BE team new API calls improving the DX and optimizing the platform performance.
    • Led the migration of the angular 8 projects to Angular 16, incorporating new best practices and improving code quality meeting SonnarQube quality standards.
    • Supervised a junior developer in the creation of unit test in Jasmine and E2E test in Cypress for the newly developed code ensuring proper coverage.
    • Improved the local dev environment with a dockerized version of the BE and created new pipelines to streamline the delivery process in Jenkins and OpenShift.
    • Contributed to writing technical documentation of the new features required by the client and helped to estimate the tasks.

    • Leaded the front-end development of an existing angular GIS project. Including CRUD of layers, data manipulation with leaflet and creation of Pdf reports.
    • Refactored the code to optimize it and divided the components in modules to handle lazy loading.

    • Written scripts to monitor and keep running the BE and the geoserver.
